Western Montana

Big Sky Resort offers some of the most expansive lift-served mountain biking in the United States. The terrain here is massive, rocky, and steep. The bike park features over 50 miles of trails, utilizing the resort's chairlifts to access high-alpine descents that would otherwise require hours of climbing.

The trails range from machine-built flow lines to raw, technical rock gardens that have been featured in national enduro races. The riding is demanding, and full suspension and protective gear are highly recommended. A daily lift ticket or season pass is required to access the bike park.

Must-Ride Trail: The Grizzly Loop is a 10-mile advanced trail that takes you away from the lift infrastructure and into the raw, rocky backcountry of the Madison Range.
